I haven't been in gusty scrub or windy woods before, but I'll give you
points for the endeavour if WA weather is anything like Brissie weather
right now. Nights recently got down to 6 and 5 celsius (just waiting for
some Inuit PDMLers to go 'hah! That's nothing') and methinks it's just a bit
cooler than sun-sand-and- surf Australia oughta be..

I'm working my way through 160 shots from the latest foray into the
scrub here. This time with my FA* 200 for the first time. So far, I must
say the results are really disappointing. Not because of the lens
though...it was a really crap trip. An almost constant 25-30 knot
breeze, with occasional gusts up to about 45 knots made macro
photography bloody near impossible. Did get a few keepers though...and
I'll post em in a day or two...

I haven't been in gusty scrub or windy woods before, but I'll give you
points for the endeavour if WA weather is anything like Brissie weather
