Re: I feel violated, need suggestions for lens repair in EU
Any good lens technician should be able to do it. On Sep 19, 2011, at 4:39 AM, Krisjanis Linkevics wrote: A food moth found a home in my FA 135/2.8 of all places. Oh no. My favorite lens. What a strange thing. I wouldn't have thought it could get in. Steven Desjardins Oh no. My favorite lens. What a strange thing. I wouldn't have thought it could get in. Yes, mine too. Not seeing a lot of action with the crop sensors but still a valued piece of equipment. My SO wanted to know the monetary damage, showed her a pic of A*135/1.8 .. not going to happen was her response. Oh well, I had to try :) kris -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.

On 19/9/11, Krisjanis Linkevics, discombobulated, unleashed: A food moth found a home in my FA 135/2.8 of all places. So there the usual moth crap, webbing and an abandoned cocoon there. I probably need to get it cleaned ASAP, ideas? I think there's a plug-in for Photoshop that lets the moth live peacefully in your lens, while still allowing you to produce top quality pics. -- Cheers, Cotty ___/\__ || (O) | People, Places, Pastiche -- http://www.cottysnaps.com _ -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
