A curled up robotic cat thing with a battery-powered mechanism in it to make it look as if it's breathing. Very weird. Another reason I bought the Kindle Fire. ;-) Actually, the heat from laptop bothers me more so I never use one in Lap-mode. I have a Mac Book Air, which has no hard drive, and is so cool that I NEVER feel the heat. It is a pleasure, especially compared to my old HP laptop, which felt like a frying pan in my lap.
