Yeah, after 27 years, I finally decided (at the behest of a co worker)
that perhaps a trip to the doctor might be a good idea.

Apparently a blood pressure reading of 210/160 is a very bad thing.
We've got it under control now, and I actually feel better for it.

I like the photo, but I think I'd have taken two paces to the left to
take it, and balanced the image a bit more. On the body front I hope
you're feeling better. The problem is that EKGs don't really predict
anything, the only tell you if had a heart attack. Not if you will have
one.

great walk: got off the subway at Chicago and State--walked north on

ave beach and out to the pier and back--north again and over the suspension
bridge over Lake Shore Drive--through the length of Lincoln Park Zoo to

I imagine you came with a lifetime warrantee, but periodic maintenance is still
advised in order to insure care-free operation of the system.

In short, take care of yourself! I am glad to hear that the alert message was
relatively minor.

If for no other reason than so you can keep taking stunning photos

Glad it worked out for you.
That's what the Fire Department is there for.
And the EMT's may be better than the intake people at the ER.

Yeah, after 27 years, I finally decided (at the behest of a co worker)
that perhaps a trip to the doctor might be a good idea.
Apparently a blood pressure reading of 210/160 is a very bad thing.
We've got it under control now, and I actually feel better for it.

Holy Wheatfield! OF course you feel better with it under control
amazing isnt it?

Two years ago mine was 190/85 and I thought THAT was off the charts...
now my average (take it every day) over the last 99 readings is 119/71
and I'm relatively svelt. None of you have seen me since I lost 20 lbs.

Nice capture and sorry to read about the emergency room visit. Good luck
with the stress test and do hope they don't discover anything some good meds
can't help with but now a days it is amazing what they can do when it does
come to the heart. My partner has had two stints put in and this last ago
around they went in a vain in his wrist and he is doing good.

Things are going to be fine and yeah I know the feeling about taking one's
body for granted. I really really need to give my one bad habit up and that
is smoking. Since picking up photography again I go out on nature walks and
the like so I do somewhat get exercise. Now mind you, I don't walk fast as I
am paying attention to the nature around me.
