I've reduced the black border to 10 pixels.  Reducing them any further 
looks pretty bad to me but the dark border does still distract a bit.  
I'll try fiddling the colour scheme later (my to-do list is about two 
miles long already).

I think I'm going to have to redesign the pages anyway as they look a 
bit bland.  A lot bland.  I never noticed because I'm so used to it...
