RE: PESO: Old Stone Wall, cropped
I'm not with the rest of the list on this. Cropping away the litter is one thing, but cutting at right does not improve anything IMO. I like the tree as framing. Re: PESO: Old Stone Wall, cropped
The composition of the cropped photo is a little better, maybe, for me. But the rendering has gone to mush. RE: PESO: Old Stone Wall, cropped
Shel, I just copied, pasted, opened, and blew up the pic. The jpg conversion is awful, and a lot of detail is smooshed. I don't know why. Sigh. RE: PESO: Old Stone Wall, cropped
I agree with Bruc'es cropping suggestion. The newer one is definitely stronger and looks like it removes some stray litter in the foreground. Tom C. Re: PESO: Old Stone Wall, cropped
Well, I like it better (but then, I better ). It tightens up the image for me. -- Best regards, Bruce Monday, April 24, 2006, 6:41:50 PM, you wrote: RW> Bruce suggested cropping the image a bit, and here is RW> the result: RW> http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=4377188 RW> Here is the original: RW> http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=4367728 RW> Comments?
