Well, I looked all over the *ist D and couldn't find the "Water 
resistant to 50 metres" marking on the body. None on the FAJ 18-35 
either, although that one is mostly plastic and glass so even if it got 
dunked in water it probably wouldn't be too much of a problem.

Theorietically, the 6x7 is not weather sealed. On the other hand, mine has
survived several drenchings, including one last fall where I stood on a rock
in the rain for over an hour and a half with it standing on a tripod in
front of me.
