I decided I'd put off ordering the book long enough so I searched for a code
without any expectation of finding one.  No one was more surprised than I when
BKSTRMADNESS worked.

Ain't see the book (yet) but I know one of mine is in because it is in 
the blurb preview.  You might carefully check some of the collages he 
does though -

to see if he used it on one of those.  He is sneaky that way.
