Mmm DA 50-200 is very affordable and stills outputs very nice shots.
It would give accesto 300mm as well (more or less 450mm on a 35mm camera).
So if quality is useable it might be quite interesting to a lot of
people incliding me who will probably never even be able to pay for a
300/4.

I'd bequite curious if soimeone can try it on a K10D.

The price is the only reason for my hesitancy. My fear is that it has
Micky Mouse construction, is loose, noisy AF and has plastic filter
threads.
