Damn it John...
I was already fully into scheme mode trying to figure out how I was going to 
pay for that lens... and hide the fact that I had done so from the Ministry 
of guilt and shame  Don't you already have a 300mm?  Give a poor fellow 
motorshooter a break!

Seriously now, Christian, I hope this fire sale isn't the result of some 
unfortunate circumstance...
