They did the corporate version of "Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it 
back in again?" It's "fixed", but they haven't got a clue why.

Sounds familiar.  Our main telco (Telstra) had a serious outage yesterday and
claim they don't know why.

Fortunately I wan't affected by that but I've just spent another day without
internet courtesy of the f***ed up system that is our National Broadband
Network.  It's an fing joke!
