Re: GESO - Alberta skies
I like the first shot, with the buildings, but the other two are fine on there own. I like to find old buildings to photography but i sometimes wish they would not board them up. Re: GESO - Alberta skies
Tim, Each of the 3 shots is excellent, but I like the 2nd best. The layered effect is interesting with 2 cloud formations transitioning into the furrows in the field for a great cue on distance and broad expanses. Quite special actually! Regards, Bob S. Re: GESO - Alberta skies
I really like that first one a lot.. - the buildings against the sky , the angle of light, etc... memorable ! The others are less powerful for me.. . although I've been up there on the prairie and can get the scale in my head, I think a small something on the ground there would help get the scale across better... ann Tim Bray wrote: A couple of selections from a series I did recently featuring Alberta storm-clouds: http://www.tbray.org/ongoing/When/200x/2009/07/22/Alberta-Skies-Dorothy-School and http://www.tbray.org/ongoing/When/200x/2009/07/21/Alberta-Skies-Showing-Off -T -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
