Use a small phillips screwdriver (jewelers screwdriver), try to tighten 
them. If that doesn't fix it, it probably needs more help than the 
average person can give it.

There's 3 screws around the barrel just above the aperture ring that can 
be tightened and will snug up the mount. I bought the same lens last 
week with a loose mount, snugging down those 3 screws has mostly solved 
the issue, it's still a bit wobbly though.
