Quite a few Sea Gulls frequent said lake, but only in the winter. Must be the storms at sea that encourages them to move inland. This lake is surrounded with french fry munching folks, who bring their drive-through lunches and check out the bird life. Happened to get this as it passed a darkened shadow area background. Was dark enough that it didn't take much shopping to produce the one you see. I included, perhaps, a little more black background than necessary, but I wanted to make it a more significant part of the scene for whatever impact it might have. Bumps the emotion a tad for me.
