Re: PESO: Watch Dog
In the summer, we have a curtain screen that closes magnetically, and allows him to go in and out, but only when we are here and keeping a general eye on things. In this neighborhood, people generally don't lock their doors when they are home. Re: PESO: Watch Dog
Yes, he is a Malamute. We have an invisible fence, and he has stayed inside it since he was 10 weeks old. If the deer are withing the boundaries, he will chase them, but will not leave the yard. Very often the deer will stand just outside the boundary, and he will just stare at them until they move on. He is our seventh Malamute, and much more obedient than any of the others. He really wants to please us, and tries very hard. The big male we had when we moved here would chase the deer into the woods, trying to catch them. He got kicked hard a few times, after which he put up a big show, but never managed to get close to one. Thanks for looking, P.J. Poor thing indeed! He has the sun room virtually all to himself, with his very own sofa, and a view of the entire back yard. He had just come inside a few minutes earlier, but like most dogs, when he's inside, he wants to go outside, and when he's outside, he wants to come indoors. The tight framing works well here and the focus on the dog's face is nicely sharp. I like it!
