For this one, deciding which one of a whole load of photos I could find or wanted to use was the issue. I refrained from just grabbing one from my book though :) ann -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net

Hi Tom, You are free to pick from your archive, of course. Jostein On 8/19/06, Tom Reese [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: What is the consensus of opinion for the PUG? Do you put shots in there that you took just for the PUG or do you pull photos out of your archive for it? I don't want to cheat but I don't see much sense in putting bad pictures in there either. thanks Tom Reese -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
Re: PUG etiquette
If you made the photo and used Pentax gear, you're fine AFAIK. No requirement to shoot it recently at all. I put good photos that I had taken into the PUG until I ran out of pictures that I wanted to show, and then I started taking pictures for the PUG. Unfortunately, that didn't last, and now I just don't contribute. William Robb -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net

Do you put shots in there that you took just for the PUG or do you pull photos out of your archive for it? Yes. ...I don't see much sense in putting bad pictures in there either. I'm my worst/best critic, except for rare images, if I have any doubts about the Image I won't show it.
