Lovely shot - very well-captured.

I know you wanted some environment, but that bag in the foreground is
a bit of a distraction.  Maybe if it were "burned" a bit?

She smiles until she gets home, dumps the baby in the crib, and kicks the cat 
across the room, anyway...

Very nice shot.  The lighting is great--and the personalities of both the 
infant and the woman (at that moment, anyway!) come through nicely.
