BH is very good about resolving any problems. They're honest and reliable. Paul Yes, but how do I explain that my lens was bought brand new by my friend, yet I need some service from them... *sigh* You don't need to. You buy it, with credit card. Your friend collects it. They are just the delivery service. You have to trust them not to break it on the way to your house, of course... mike - Email provided by http://www.ntlhome.com/

Sometimes not as fast as it could be, but very reliable, and the best care possible is taken of your equipment. Free coffee with every shipment as well. Better still, he works for wheat. William Robb
