About a million years ago when I worked i retail, the most asked question was "Which
camera is best?"

The answer then as now is "For whom to do what with."

hard to tell if i was focused with the screen in the one you were
testing in the store.

I'm chiming in with
6x6 (even though it's not the "Medium Format Of Choice" by most
around here
as far as I can tell) ;-)

So I settled with 6x6 - which I don't mind cropping post image if
need be,
no rotation necessary, compose and fire, plus, for my camera, I can
go out
and rent a number of lenses at a reasonable cost to allow me to not
have to
spend ooodles of $$$ on more lenses - I guess in this case it's all
a matter
of personal preference for the items I listed - If you don't mind
rotating
your camera - 645 or 6x7 - if your budget allows it, 6x7 Pentax -
even so
the original 645 can be had for a song - only issue with both is non
removable backs - but with only 16 shots/10 shots per roll this may
not be a
big deal to some.

Cheers,
Dave

You get used to the focusing.
I ended up buying one off a guy on Ebay - it's in great condition (almost
unused) and the only service I've had to do to it so far (touch wood) was
replace the light trap in the back; which I did myself.

I never did like the 45 degree finders and prefer, myself, to use the waist
level finder. As a buddy of mine used to say; "People nowadays don't expect
you to be looking _DOWN_ into a camera to focus but instead they expect you
to be holding the camera up to your eye level. This allows for something
more natural when you trip the shutter - especially with kids".

Cheers,
Dave

It didi not take me to long either to get used to the reversed
image. What does bother me and this is why i might look at the C330's
as they have 90 and 45(i think)finders,is trying to focus on sunny
or partial sun days.Very hard to see the image SO i built a unit out
of an old black thin cardboard file folder.Cut it abouy 6" high and
trimed the base to fit into the built in hood for the viewer.Hinged
it with soame black tape and it cuts out 99%of unwanted light.Looks
a bit funny but heh,it works.
(patent pending:))

Hi, Tim,

I agree in terms of the reversed image of a TLR not being a
problem.  I didn't
find that it took me too long to get used to it.
