lines.  You should see a link for the listinfo page.  There are some 
subscription options there.

You can also send unsubscribe requests direclty to the list if you're a 
glutton for punishment.  :)

from the internet select the pop server side find your server in the list
and login using your e-mail address minus the server and your e-mail password.
