I got a little USB thingie with my 4 gig SSandisk cards that seems to work.
The Sandisk Extreme CF/SD reader works with SDHC cards as well.

I got a 4GB Hoodman SDHC card that came with a USB thumb-drive style 
reader.  Sandisk makes a similar reader.

The Hoodman model looks almost identical, but the slot is on the side 
instead of the end, so it is a little narrower.
