OK,

Outside diameter of hood... 127mm
Inside diameter of filter thread... 118mm

The Schneider push-on looks like a good suggestion, but it would be nice to 
have the Pentax one.

I suppose I couldn't expect to get too much for £100 (excluding service I 
had done elsewhere).

http://www.2filter.com sells Schneider press-on caps as large as 132mm, 
including 100, 105, 110, 112, 115, 120, and 125. for $18.70.
