I'll jump in on this even if I still have to present myself to the new ones... ;-) I bought a lens from them a few years ago, whe they were just starting to work outside of Germany. It was a bit annoyed to have all the detail pages in german, but the service was good and the prices as good. I still seem to find prices about 20% lower than mainstream italian ones (no big surprise) and almost on par with those from the USA, sometimes even lower. I think they are a company you could trust. Beware of the usual warranty problems, unless Pentax has outgrown them while I was looking the other way... I have bought from them since their early days without any problems. Should be no warranty problems if you register with Pentax Germany (Pentax international warranty). Nice and knowledgeable people.
