Very dramatic presentation from the angle and tonal processing. I'm not altogether certain that the subject warrants that much drama, but it's a good job technically. Nice capture, but I have a few nits - as nice as the sky is I'd crop out about half the distance from the top of the building to the top edge. I'd also eliminate the light pole on the RH edge.
