I agree with everything. Just need to meet with Mark at some point to
show me how he took it.

They flood Edinburgh for the Festival in August. Together with a
million other types of street and stage performers.

Strongly recommended as a photo outing (though the accommodation and
show prices are indeed steep).

Very, very good!
I've been near mimes when a local kid, usually a pre-teen girl, who's
been waiting around, wondering what the attraction is, sees the statue
open his very white eyes and look at her!
Screams!!

It's less surreal in the photo that it was in person. This isn't some
kind of statue, it's a *person* dressed and painted (is it intended to
be wode - what ancient Celts painted themselves with? Who knows?) and
doing what I would describe as a sort of "slow motion mime" outside the
Roman baths in Bath, England.

I really snicker at "me-too's" but finding myself doing it anyhow!
Me TOO!
I've missed some fantastic shots over the years, but you only have MY
word for it, right?

No more. My new S4 goes with me wherever I go. Small, unobtrusive,
padded leather case on the belt, and the NEXT time a great shot deigns
to test my mettle, I'm ready!
