Looks cool. But a 17 -screen laptop demands a lot of the lap. Not to mention the back that has to carry the thing around. I hate the thought of having to drag around the PC equivalent of a ghettoblaster... That's what I'd call a notebook, usable on the go rather than portable between desk locations. I have a thin, flexible, metal-reinforced mat which doubles as screen protection between the screen and the keyboard when I fold the screen down. You should have realized by now that portable in photographic parlance means that it has a handle (wheels optional). If it has wheels but no handle it is moveable. Weight has never been a consideration to these definitions. Considering who its aimed at it's very portable compared to trying to lug around a full graphics/CAD workstation.
