I really like the first one - immediately brought to mind Harry 
Callahan's "1967" calendar and the photo for October, which depicts an 
unbroken sea of dried leaves. You got the spring version. I also really 
like the moody lighting and the very deep green. Not in your post but 
seen on flickr - 20150520-IMGP8142.jpg is also quite nice.

i like the image Ann & Jack like; and yes that's a geranium; you have lots 
of other flowers that i'm mostly at a loss to identify

Thanks, Jack. I’ve been using Flickr as a place to publish images that are 
decent photographically but that are of interest primarily for other reasons, 
e.g., as a record of a family gathering or, as in this case, documenting 
wildflowers encountered on a hike. So my albums are a mixed bag. I’m thinking 
it may be time to start another account for just publishing images that are 
more than decent photographically.

In that connection, and perhaps I should make this a new topic, I wonder if 
it’s possible to import images from one Flickr account to another.

Thanks, Belunt. That’s helpful. The portrait example was done with Photoshop. 
The landscape example doesn’t say. I’m wondering if Photoshop is required or if 
it’s possible to do something like this in Lightroom.
