It should be -- I remember it being in version 4.

It's under File --> Preferences --> Display and Cursors in Photoshop 5.5.

On a Mac, you just hit the Caps Lock key for this. Or not, as the case 
may be.

GIMP is a graphics program like PhotoShop, Corel PhotoPaint, Paint Shop Pro, etc.  It 
is good, it is free, and it will run under Linux.

Make a Google search and you will find their website.

Open the `Tool options' dialog for the transform tool by either double-
clicking the Transform tool button or - choosing File -> Dialogs ->
Tool options. Next, choose the desired transform type.

Next, move the mouse cursor to the picture you want to distort, single
click the left button and move the corners around.
