Doug Brewer wrote: > http://www.alphoto.com/recent/page1.htm === Very nice shots, Doug. I especially like: berries, boxes, exit (even though the outside is a bit overexposed looking), tower, and, naturally, windows (statue through window). Docking had a strange green band in the picture on the lower right when I viewed it, about 1/4 from the bottom. Really, really good stuff. What great old buildings -- warehouse type and non-warehouse type to work with. Envious. Marnie aka Doe :-)
Re: recent work, this time with the link
Thanks for the kind words, folks. I appreciate it. I suppose I should mention the one thing all the photos have in common; they were all shot with the *istD and the FA35/2AL. Even though I had carried a ton of equipment to town, I ended up just carrying that combo on site and enjoyed the challenge of the single lens. again, thanks. --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus]

So Mr. Brewer, we have been taking pictures I seequite good ones as well. I like the EllisLight, that would be cool in B&W (real B&W that is) and of course the Statue through the window is perfect. Norm Doug Brewer wrote: http://www.alphoto.com/recent/page1.htm

> http://www.alphoto.com/recent/page1.htm Doug, Thanks for sharing some of your work. My three favs: The geometry and composition in "ellis light" is pretty awesome, in my opinion. That's definitely the one that caught me the most. Good stuff. The "liberty" shot with the sky writer is also a smash. That's definitely one of those "I wish I would've taken that" shots. And lastly, I love the color balance and the feel of "tower". It's a simple shot but yet the composition + the detail in the subject (but mostly the former) hold so much interest. Thanks again for sharing. I learned a lot. Enviously yours, - Jerome _ Jerome D. Hello Doug, I like looking at your stuff because it tends to show alot of thought and 'sweating the details'. This set is no exception. Very nice work.
