Scope of Duties:


Ensure the vessel is safely navigated
and operated in accordance with: 

1.
Watch keeping standards laid down in the International Convention
of  Standards of Training, Certification
and Watch keeping for Seafarers 1995 (STCW ’95).

2.
The Convention on International Regulations for Prevention of
Collisions at Sea 1972 (COLREG 1972).

3.
SOLAS Convention including amendments.

4.
Flag Regulations.

5.
The ISM Code as applicable.

6.
The ISPS Code.

 

·
Assist in ensuring that the vessel’s working operations are
conducted in a safe way that avoid personal injury, property and environmental
damage.

·
Instruct and encourage crew to work safely.

·
Promote and comply with (Company) OMS policies and procedures.

 

 

Advise employer of any deficiencies in
equipment, standards, procedures or training requirements 

Ensure that the vessel’s working
operation is efficient and incident free and conducted to avoid negative impact
on (Company) and Charterer’s reputation.

 





Qualifications:


Certificate of Competency in accordance with STCW95 and national
 regulations.Certificate of Medical Fitness in accordance with ILO 
requirementsA minimum
 experience of 2 years ASD experience on dual control type vessels if
 allocated to ASD unit. When allocation is scheduled on conventional unit a
 minimum of 2 years conventional experience is required.Must have
 experiences of towing/ anchor handling, rig moves and rig position and
 hose handling operations (SBM related) and relevant experience in the
 terminal services.

Scope of Duties:


Ensure the vessel is safely navigated
and operated in accordance with:

  1. Tdk ada undang-undang yang mengatur tentang warm up main engine pada 
kapal yg 

tdk beroprasi, TAPI itu adalah kebijakan perusahaan yang di wakilkan ke  



C/E untuk enggine tesed untuk menghindari terjadinya kerusakan di mesin. "di 

panasin gituloh seperti mobil sekali 2 Hari".

2. Aturan dalam SOLAS memang mengatur pada sebuah kapal harus memiliki bahan 

bakar (ROB) yang bisa di gunakan berlayar minimal tiga hari, cuma saya lupa 



chapter berapa,  tapi pernah saya baca, jadi kalau komsumsi 12 ton/day maka 

harus ada ROB 36 ton minimun.

3. Petty cash tdk ada aturan, kapal boleh berlayar tampa patty cash, banyak 

kapal tdk di bekali dgn uang karna menghindari perampokan, semua disiapkan 

melalui 



agent.

setau saya yg menyangkut engine maintenance tidak tdpt di aturan 

international yg baku tapi mengacu pada company PMS . jadi just follow aja

2. ada ngak aturan bagi kapal yang sandar di pelabuhan minimum ROB bahan bakar. 

-handle BBM diatas kapal berdasarkan good seamanship, PMS dan juga 

kebijakan perusahaan

3. ada ngak aturan yang mengatur bahwa petty cash di atas kapal harus 

disediakan 

klo bendera Singapore 

ada tidaknya petty cash adalah kebijakan perusahaan dan juga mengacu ke 

ILO jika fungsi petty cash sbg back up dana yg bersifat urgent (misal supply 

provision terlambat datangnya)

kesimpulannya :

-bahwa setiap pekerjaan diatas kpl tidak semuanya mengacu ke peraturaan 

international

-pekerjaan yg tidak diatur oleh peraturan international akan di atur oleh 

peraturan perusahaan yg tertuang dalam PMS, SMS. dan kita wajib menaatinnya

-yang lebih penting adalah dalam menilai sebuah perusahaan sekali-kali 
tempatkan 


diri anda sebagai owner juga sehingga anda akan mengerti bahwa ada hubungan 

timbal balik antara owner dan crew.

-jangan pukul ratakan antara management perusahaan yang satu dengan yg lain 

(contoh : jika perusahaan Tanto membayar gaji crewnya sesuai standart BLT, mgk

Saya mendukung sekali dgn rekan-rekan yg ingin memberantas ijazah ASPAL , kita 
yg sekolah sdh rugi waktu , kelurga dan tenaga eh ada orang yg seenaknya 
aja 
pake ijazah ASPAL dan ada juga pake ijazah orang , yg saya heran kok bisa bikin 
paspor atas nama orang sesuai dgn ijazah orang dan tuk bekerja di kapal luar 
negri sebelum GAYUS sdh pelaut duluan ( maksudnya pelaut yg pake ijazah 
orang  ) yg sering palsuin paspor atas nama orang. tapi saya salut juga tuh 
sama orang yg pake ijazah orang bisa lolos k luar negri.
salam pelaut Indonesia tetap ASLI IJAZAH apa kata dunia..hari gini msh 
ada ijazah ASPAL..

Benar juga yg dikatakan oleh saudara Tampusman mengenai pemilik 
ijasah ( 623039N10109 ) ini sangat mencurigakan krn ga punya ijasah dibawah 
sebelumnya kok tiba2 langsung punya ijasah ANT- I dan yang lebih aneh lagi 
kenapa semua sertifikat proficiency nya dikeluarkan pada tgl 20 November 2008 
semuanya.Ijasah ini sangat diragukan keasliannya ( ASPAL ), mari bersama-sama 
berantas pemakaian ijasah ASPAL karena sangat merugikan pelaut yg lainnya.

saya pernah melihat kejanggalan ijazah ant 1 dan saya ragu keaslianya (aspal) 
klo dilihat di  internet online setelah nama ada tulisan didalam kurung ( 
ID11/2010 ) dan ijazah pelautnya hanya ada ANT 1 kemana ANT 3 dan 2, juga SSO 
thn 2008 apakah udah masuk internet sepengetahuan saya SSO itu masuk thn 2009. 
dan pernah juga saya buka di internet bulan 12/2010 bahwa namanya ada begitu di 
clik ijazah tidak ditemukan dan sekarang udah ada lagi di internet dgn 
kejanggalan tadi ini no ijazahnya 623039N10109 mari kita berantas ijazah 
palsu tapi klo dilihan dari no ijazah apa sudah ada no ijazah setelah 62 
bilangan nol ada empat digit 62.

sekedar masukan dari saya mengenai pertanyaan anda ( red colour) :



1. ada ngak aturan yang mengatur kapal nongkrong harus warming up Main Engine

 setau saya yg menyangkut engine maintenance tidak tdpt di aturan 

international yg baku tapi mengacu pada company PMS . jadi just follow aja



2. ada ngak aturan bagi kapal yang sandar di pelabuhan minimum ROB bahan bakar. 

 -handle BBM diatas kapal berdasarkan good seamanship, PMS dan juga 

kebijakan perusahaan



3. ada ngak aturan yang mengatur bahwa petty cash di atas kapal harus 

disediakan 

klo bendera Singapore 



ada tidaknya petty cash adalah kebijakan perusahaan dan juga mengacu ke 

ILO jika fungsi petty cash sbg back up dana yg bersifat urgent (misal supply 

provision terlambat datangnya)



kesimpulannya :

-bahwa setiap pekerjaan diatas kpl tidak semuanya mengacu ke peraturaan 

international

-pekerjaan yg tidak diatur oleh peraturan international akan di atur oleh 

peraturan perusahaan yg tertuang dalam PMS, SMS. dan kita wajib menaatinnya

-yang lebih penting adalah dalam menilai sebuah perusahaan sekali-kali 
tempatkan 

diri anda sebagai owner juga sehingga anda akan mengerti bahwa ada hubungan 

timbal balik antara owner dan crew.

-jangan pukul ratakan antara management perusahaan yang satu dengan yg lain 

(contoh : jika perusahaan Tanto membayar gaji crewnya sesuai standart BLT, mgk 
2 

tahun aja Tanto dah bangkrut)

1. Tdk ada undang-undang yang mengatur tentang warm up main engine pada kapal 
yg 
tdk beroprasi, TAPI itu adalah kebijakan perusahaan yang di wakilkan ke  

C/E untuk enggine tesed untuk menghindari terjadinya kerusakan di mesin. 
"di 
panasin gituloh seperti mobil sekali 2 Hari".
2. Aturan dalam SOLAS memang mengatur pada sebuah kapal harus memiliki bahan 
bakar (ROB) yang bisa di gunakan berlayar minimal tiga hari, cuma saya lupa 

chapter berapa,  tapi pernah saya baca, jadi kalau komsumsi 12 ton/day maka 
harus ada ROB 36 ton minimun.
3. Petty cash tdk ada aturan, kapal boleh berlayar tampa patty cash, banyak 
kapal tdk di bekali dgn uang karna menghindari perampokan, semua disiapkan 
melalui 

agent.

apakah fungsi/manfaatnya warming up pd engine umumnya?

1. ada ngak aturan yang mengatur kapal nongkrong harus warming up Main Engine 
atau Generator

2. ada ngak aturan bagi kapal yang sandar di pelabuhan minimum ROB bahan bakar.

3. ada ngak aturan yang mengatur bahwa petty cash di atas kapal harus 
disediakan
