Kawan kita ini sebaiknya jgn bilang begitulah, dampak dari bicara spt itu 
mengakibatkan si pemilik jasa jadi enggan menerima pelaut yang memiliki account 
di milist ini karena kurang etis anda menyampaikannya,ini milist dan seluruh 
pelaut diseantero mendengar,melihat dan menyimak.Jangankan menggunakan bahasa 
inggris, kerja didaratpun semua perusahaan diiutamakan pakai bahasa inggris. 
Operasi memang di indonesia tp mereka ini punya kapal sendiri lho,dan terdaftar 
di ITF.

1. Cara tersebut saya ambil, karena pengalaman pada hari sebelumnya
 Seorang Candidate yang setuju saya proses lamarannya, lalu saya uruskan LG 
& Kontrak kerja
 Saat LG & Kontrak kerja ada, Candidate yang bersangkutan tiba-tiba 
menghilang, dengan tidak mau mengangkat telp & tidak membalas sms
 saat, saya berusaha mencari, ada seorang teman yang menyahut "CANCEL SAJA 
PAK".
 - So, bagaimana tanggung jawab candidate atas statement yang diberikan 
sebelumnya ?
 - Bukankah keberadaannya sudah dijadwalkan dengan menyingkirkan candidate 
yang lain   

 dan tentunya cara demikian bukanlah cara yag bijak 

2. Jika dalam 1 Bulan, Candidate belum mendapat kapal sesuai spec awal, maka 
uang bisa diambil
Ketentuan tersebut tidak berlaku jika Candidate mengundurkan diri
