Qualifikasi Crew jauh lebih prioritas bagi kami drpd jumlah besaran uang 
adm.Lagian ada ketentuan dr Emas ttg jumlah batas atas adm yg tdk boleh 
Kami langgar

Dg merekrutkan the best quality
Crew utk Emas, maka akan mengharumkan nama pelaut
Indonesia,shingga bisa sejajar bahkan menggeser crew bangsa2 lain di Emas. Dan 
akhirnya menjadi kekuatan PT SO sbg Agent yg baik dimata Emas. Betul tdk ? 

Qualifikasi Emas :
Holding BOSIET Certificate is preferred ( Tapi kalo blum punya juga,oke aja,)

Speak English Well : krn crew-nya mixing, senior officer-nya banyak bule

Experience in AHTS/Supply/Work Boat/LCT etc smua kapal2 assist offshore. 
Experience ASLI bukan ASPAL

tentunya. 



Silahkan memperolehnya dari pihak mana saja, asal bukan dari kami. Menurut sy, 
Mungkin hal ini dilarang karna rush work hours di dlm kantor Emas yg tdk 
memungkinkan PIC crew-nya utk melayani setiap email crew application yg 
tentunya ada ribuan email pelamar dari para pelaut seluruh dunia masuk ke 
inbox-nya setiap hari, blum lagi crew pelamar yg menelpon or sms, saya fikir 
mereka tdk akan punya waktu dan tdk akan sanggup utk melayani setia pelamar yg 
ribuan itu. Bahkan kami aja yg cuma sebuah manning agency kecil, terkadang tdk 
sanggup menjwb smua telp pelamar dan me-reply smua email di inbox kami 
dikesempatan pertama.

Buat mas Maryannto sekedar info kalau di Selat Marine Co. Llc, memang gaji gak 
terlambat seperti di Seaport ataupun White Sea cuma kalo dapat kapal nongkrong 
gajinya juga nongkrong alias di bayarnya cuma 50% (setengah dari gaji pokok) 
trus satu hal lagi disana system backing maksudnya kebanyakan orang kita cuma 
ijasahnya aja yang di pake tapi yang berkuasa orang Philippine percuma kan jadi 
Captain atau Chief Engineer tapi cuma bayangan yang ada makan hati. Thanks.

Para Pelaut sedunia tentunya memiliki kebebasan mutlak utk:
memilih join melalui broker or
memilih melamar langsung in person

Bahkan kami PT SO sering malah membantu crew yg melamar sendiri langsung dan 
uda tengah proses direkrut oleh owner luar, krn menghadapi kendala, kami bantu 
apapun yg kami bisa,dg diketahui oleh ownernya ataupun tdk diketahui tiada 
masalah. Apapun bentuk kerja kami sbg broker asal bermamfaat baik utk smua 
pihak, kami slalu dg senang hati mengerjakannya.

Terus terang kami baru saja mulai ditunjuk ole Emas
Dan juga karna kesibukan pihak owner, blum sempat duduk bersama utk MOU
Sehingga kami blum mendptkan fee 1 sen-pun
Karna itu kami meminta ijin kepada owner utk meminta biaya adm dari joining crew
( hanya biaya adm, bukan uang chas, asal bisa menutupi biaya operasional office 
aja ). 

Dan Alhamdulillaahh kami diijinkan sampai dg adanya MOU. Oleh karena itu kami 
memohon dukungan moril dan Do'a dari seluruh pelaut se-bangsa se tanah air, 
semoga kami bisa masuk nominated Manning Agency bagi pihak Emas. Dan akhirnya, 
tercapai
cita2 kami utk mendptkan penunjukan sbg Agen tetap sejajar dg beberapa Manning 
agency se-Jakarta yg tlah terlebih dahulu dipercaya oleh Emas, sehingga crew 
joining
tdk lagi dikenakan biaya apapun (GRATIS) sesuai dg aturan dlm MOU. Amiin Ya 
Rabbal Alamiin Bil Qabuuulll...

Dan bagi sahabat pelaut yg telah mengirim email scara pribadi kpd kami yg 
meminta diberitahukan alamat email Emas utk bisa melamar secara langsung, mohon 
maaf kami
tdk diijinkan utk menyebar-luaskan alamat2 email PIC Emas dan kami harus patuh 
tentunya. 

Silahkan memperolehnya dari pihak mana saja, asal bukan dari kami. Menurut sy, 
Mungkin hal ini dilarang karna rush work hours di dlm kantor Emas yg tdk 
memungkinkan PIC crew-nya utk melayani setiap email crew application yg 
tentunya ada ribuan email pelamar dari para pelaut seluruh dunia masuk ke

ribuan itu. Bahkan kami aja yg cuma sebuah manning agency kecil, terkadang tdk 
sanggup menjwb smua telp pelamar dan me-reply smua email di inbox kami 
dikesempatan pertama.

Sakit hati ane sm broker gara2 pernah apply vacancy yg dsuruh lampirin marlins 
test, dblg, "ini marlins abal2 ya? Boleh joki ya?" dgn mulut nyelip rokok..
Pdhal mau test aja smp bljr dlu 3 minggu.
