1. Roughneck  8 candidates needed, Salary 3,500 USD per month for each

candidates, monthly over time allowances $400 per each candidates.



3. Able Seaman, 10 candidate needed, Salary  $2,000 USD per month for each

4. Motorman,  6 candidate needed, Salary  $3,500 USD per month for each 
candidate, monthly over time allowances $550



5. Oiler, 6 Candidate needed, Salary  $1,800 USD per month for each candidate, 
monthly over time allowances $400



6. Electronic Technical Officer, 4 candidates needed Salary  6,000

USD per month for each candidates, monthly over time allowances $650.



7. Chief Offier:  4 candidates needed, basic monthly salary $7,000 USD, monthly 
over time allowances $1,000 per month and per candidate



Bear in mind that the basic salary and their monthly over time allowances will 
be included during payments, there will not be any monthly allowances during 
the one month time off only basic salary will be paid normally.



During maintainance of the vessel no allowance only basic salary will paid 
also, but there will be 100% sure of medications insurance,feeding and hotel 
accommodations and the company will also issue to the crew with standard

safety courses during the contract period.

The contract is 1year, 3:1 system (3month Work, 1month Off)

The drilling locations are: REPUBLIC OF BENIN and NIGERIA WEST AFRICA



A. Essential certificates needed from crew are as follow: 

1. SEAMAN BOOK

2. DISCHARGE BOOK 

3. INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT 

4. FIRE FIGHTER CERTIFICATE

5. CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCY COURSES, 

6. STCW ''95 CONVENCTION, 

7. MEDICAL EXAMINATION CERTIFICATE.

Dear bapa 'deck officer'

Sayapun mempunyai pemikiran yang sama, so kalau IMO saja bisa di goyang oleh 
bos2 shipping company untuk mengeluarkan slogan 'go to sea campaign' dengan 
tujuan menambah supply secara signifikan sedangkan demand dari shipping company 
tidak banyak berubah, hukum pasar pun berlaku SUPPLY  DEMAND =  HARGA TURUN 

SOorganisasi apalagi yg bisa kita percaya sebagai regulator..

Apa kabar pelaut indonesia?
Tentunya pelaut2 sekalian sudah dengar dengan yang namanya  Go to sea
ya, salah satu dari proyek IMO sekarang adalah mengundang sebanyak mungkin 
orang 
untuk berkarir di Laut.

Statistik IMO menunjukkan kekurangan officer sekarang ini dan lebih ditakutkan 
akan terjadi kekurangan yang sangat besar akan officer di tahun 2012 yang 
katanya bakal sampai 83.900 orang.
Itu untuk officer, sedangkan untuk rating sy blom dapat data pastinya, daripada 
bicara tanpa fakta jadi yang akan sy bahas sekarang hanya untuk officer pada 
khususnya tapi tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk smua pelaut pada umumnya.

Nah kurang lebih itu gambaran tentang statistik nya, tetapi apakah di 
lapangan 
juga seperti itu??mungkin teman2 pelaut pernah pergi ke sebuah agency crewing 
atau perusahaan pelayaran, bisa dilihat berapa pelautnya dibandingkan dengan 
kesempatan kerjanya??apakah statistik dari IMO terbukti dalam prakteknya??saya 
kira tidak.Singkatnya begini ternyata pelaut itu lebih banyak daripada lapangan 
kerjanya itu sendiri.

Setelah melihat perbedaan antara statistik dan data di lapangan, sy bertanya2 
lalu buat apa sebenarnya Go to sea campaign ini??

Saya pernah bicara ngalor ngidul ma salah satu manager perusahaan pelayaran, sy 
pernah nanya pengeluaran terbesar suatu perusahaan pelayaran itu apa?apakah pas 
beli kapalnya?perawatan kapalnya?atau apanya??ternyata jawabannya adalah GAJI 
CREW KAPAL.

Nah disini sy melihat titik terang, sy jadi melihat agenda tersembunyi Go to 
sea 
campaign. apakah Go to sea campaign ini untuk mengatasi kebutuhan pelaut yang 
katanya semakin besar?? atau Go to sea campaign ini untuk menurunkan daya tawar 
Pelaut yang semakin lama semakin naik daya tawarnya???

seandainya memang tujuan dari campaign ini adalah yang kedua, maka selamat IMO 
telah berhasil menurunkan daya tawar pelaut, terbukti dengan adanya beberapa 
ANT 
III di indonesia yang cuma bergaji Standar 8 jt, bahkan ada beberapa teman kita 
yang dikarenakan keadaan (butuh duit,tapi lowongan lagi ga ada) terpaksa 
menerima gaji 1,7jt..

Cuma sekedar sharing aja, tidak bermaksud apa2..
Mari pelaut indonesia kita bertukar pikiran.
