for position below:
I. FLF PORT ENGINEER
Job responsibility: To manage and maintain FLFs Engine.
Qualification:
1. Hold Master Marine Engineer/Engineer Class I or Engineer Class II with
proven experience.
2. Good understanding on Class Matter, Owner Matter and Port State Matter.
3. Possess good qualification and longer sailing experience in foreign going
ships is a must.
4. Good discipline and attitude
5. Having skills to handle ship engine.
6. Minimum 3 years experience at same position.
7. Honest, reliable and can work with team as well as individually.
II.CREWING MANAGER
Job Description: To manage the crewing department and monitor the efficiency
of the crewing staff.
Qualification:
1. Degree in Maritime or related field
2. Minimum 10 years related working experience with 5 years in managerial
position.
3. Excellent knowledge of UU no 17 year 2008 and PP no 7 year 2000
4. Excellent knowledge of Indonesian sea fare regulation
5. Excellent communication skill
6. Computer literate
7. Fluent in English
III. PURCHASING ASSISTANT MANAGER
Job Description: To manage purchasing activity for ship spare parts
requirements.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Marine Engineering or related field.
2. Has minimum 5 years experience at the same position from shipping industry
is a must.
3. Able to perform inventory control.
4. Wide knowledge of ship spare parts.
5. Good in English both oral and written.
6. Good communication and negotiation skill.
7. Honest and having good leadership skill
IV. COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT MANAGER
Qualifications :
1. Having minimum 3 years experience at the same position in Shipping Company
(used to handle Tugs and Barges will be an advantage).
2. Minimum bachelor degree
3. Good communication skills and customer oriented
4. Good organization, problem solving skills and detail oriented
5. Able to communicate complex technical issues with good presentation skills.
6. Fluent in English both oral and written.
