Intinya penipuan sering terjadi karena memang tidak ada nya kerja sama antara PELAUT dan AGENT indonesia..pelaut mau nya rata2 naik ke kapal GRATIS tidak mau mengeluarkan uang sepeserpun.sedang owner singapore dan malaysia sendiri masi banyak yang membebankan tiket dll,ke AGENT.Memang banyak AGENT yang NAKAL tapi menurut saya si crew juga la yang menyebabkan itu terjadi..crew mau cari kapal yang jual minyak saja tapi mereka tidak tau bahwa AGENT juga la yang mati matian ngurus sampai naik ke suatu kapal.dan perlu di garis bawahi bahwa smua OWNER singapore dan malaysia sekarng rata2 minta bagian juga dari administrasi crew..jadi jangan salah..
