[pelaut] ECDIS DAN PERATURAN YANG BERLAKU
Maaf kalau saya kembali mencuatkan masalah ECDIs. Sebelumnya saya minta teman2 yg tahu dasar hukum pelaksanaan training ECDIS tapi ternyata sampai sekarang tidak yang peduli. Itulah pelaut Indonesia kalau disuruh berpikir ogah. Jadi terpaksa saya telusuri jalan2 IMO semua dsb. Maka ketemulah resolusinya. "Tapi ini masih dalam bah. Inggris hrp di artikan sendiri. Halo jotham wenas. Memang waktunya masih lama tapi begitu join kapal tersebut sudah terpasang ecdis & akhirnya batal join karna tdk memiliki certificat tersebut. Dimana sekarang bro.
