Dear Teman teman di pelayaran
 
Kami infokan bahwa ada seorang pelaut dengan status : 
-  Nama    : Ronald Kahimpong 
-  Lahir   : Tanggulangan 8 Januari 1965 
-  ANT I 
Crew yang bersangkutan tersebut di atas adalah PENIPU . 
Kami PT MBP sudah merecruit yang bersangkutan dengan procedure yang berlaku . 
Kedua belah pihak sudah setuju ( kontraknya , remuneration , dll ) 
Kami siapkan untuk berangkat Ambil Kapal ke China , ( Tiket, Uang Makan crew , 
Uang Transportasi, document , dll ) sudah disiapin dan sudah diterima yang 
bersangkutan .
Berangkat dari Banjarmasin – Jakarta ( berjalan lancar ) 
Saat berangkat dari Jakarta ke China ( yang bersangkutan tidak muncul / 
melarikan diri ) sampai sekarang tidak bisa di hubungin . 
 
Kami sarankan kepada teman-teman bisa mempertimbangkan lagi jika merecruitnya .

pertimbangan,mungkin gj ant 1 blm sesuai Standard apa lg

Terlepas dari berbagai alasan, yang jelas menurut saya semua pihak yg sdh 
menandatangani PKL harus patuh, masalah cocok ga cocok bisa di bicarakan n 
bukan dengan cara menghilangkan diri n bersikap ga gentleman. Tapi dari pihak 
agen juga coba di cek dulu beneran kabur apa mungkin Doi lagi sakit atau 
kemalangan. Intinya cek dulu sebelum menjudge suatu pihak. Soalnya nama baik 
mahal Gan,

Turut prihatin atas kejadian itu saudara Susanto,namun saya ingatkan kejadian 
dmk bukanlah penipuan besar terhadap  perusahaan anda lebih tepatnya ingkar 
janji atau pembatalan sepihak dan di dunia pelayaran sering terjadi disebabkan 
bbrp kemungkinan : misalnya sakit,atau gaji  atau masalah lain.Saya sangat 
menyesalkan tindakan dmk namun apakah pantas tindakan dmk dibilang penipu besar 
dgn ijasah ANT I ,sorry banget semoga dapat diselesaikan dengan cara2 yang baik 
misalnya ybs suruh bayar kerugian yang terjadi.Ok trims selamat bertugas, dia 
tidak akan lari ke mana mana.:)

menurut saya, kalau sudah menyetujui kontrak, berarti gaji sdh dipertimbangkan.

Kenapa setuju kontrak klo gajinya gk disetujui?
