Kenapa musti ribut or di bahas. Ijasah apapun, jabatan apapun & gaji berapapun biarkanlah, karena itu pribaditmasing2 apakah kita yg berkomentar mendapat bagian dari gaji juga tenaga dari mereka yg bekerja, kan tidak. Setiap orang mempunyai kebutuhan masing2 dan kemampuan masing2 , biasanya kalo gaji dibawah standar ada yg tidak pake test dan ada juga pake test yah cuman nanya pengalaman kapal terakhir aja stelah itu beres tapi kalau gaji mengikuti standar biasanya testnya juga agak lumayan susah juga tapi umumnya cuman ditanya masalah safety aja . jadi kalo ada rekan2 yg mengambil gaji dibawah standar gak masalah yg penting testnya gak terlalu banyak pertanyaan oke salam pelaut Indonesia ..
