I agree that Milosevic is not a 'good guy,' but anti-imperialism doesn't mean defending 'good guys' (= socialists) from the USA. The point of Lou's comparison is while the USA is a superpower that regards the entire world as its actual or potential territory (including rich nations such as Japan and Germany), Yugoslavia (or Iraq for that matter) is not.
