Bobby Seale will speak on Thursday, February 6, 2003 at Eastern Michigan
University in the McKenny Union Ballroom, 8 p.m.. Co-Founder and former
chair of the Black Panther Party, Seale is the last surviving architect of
one of the most important movements in American and African-American
