Dear pen-ners,
  I would like to thank all of you who responded to my post asking for
references on international comparisons on worker participation and
productivity.  Unfortunately I inadvertantly deleted a couple of files
before printing them out.  Could I (with appropriate appologies) ask
that those who posted me before repost me.  I do have the files from
Lyman Baker, Tom Weisskopf and Anthony D'Costa.  There were a couple
of others that I can't find.  My thanks in anticipation .

Can anyone give me some leads.  A colleague who is looking at the impact of work
er participation (profit sharing,
esop, worker involvement ect.) on productivity wants to know if there
are any national (comparative) surveys of the extent of worker part-
icipation and othe forms of involvement in economic decision making.
If anyone can give me leads as to any references on these points, I
would appreciate it.
