Indeed, due a plenty of dependencies it takes a lot of time which I currently
do not have. Maybe, somebody else interested in packaging it for EPEL7.
Thanks for supporting it for Fedora.

1. I do not support epel. Feel free to package it for epel7 yourself.

2. Adding perl-CHI to epel will be a challenging task, because perl-CHI has
plenty of deps which are not included in EPEL and likely be pretty hard to
maintain over the long life time of CentOS/EPEL, because many of the perl dists
involved do not care much about backward compatibility.
