Description of problem: Attempting to enter a bug report but the component I
entered was not accepted. I tried to submit the bug report but was prompted to
enter a component which I did. This update triggered the LOSS of all previously
entered data.

level
How reproducible: unknown
Steps to Reproduce: see above

Expected results: The SUCCESSFUL generation of a bug report without having to
re-enter all bug information.
Additional info:
I seem to recall reporting this bug some time ago... several years ago? Now
it's back? Argh!!!!!
