Perl 64bit

Hi all,

I've been trying to compile perl 64bit (or 32bit)
on windows xp pro x64.

I am using VS.Net 2005 beta.

32bit compiler just fails with perl.
64bit compiler works but gives and error about DynaLoader.pm not being found 
and then quits.

help much apriciated

It would be very helpful to see the actual error messages.
