Sort with MS SQL Server 2000 or MS Access 2003 on Windows XP Pro

2004-04-07 Thread Mohammad Samini

Dear sirs,

I am workingon database web application with MS SQL
Server 2000.Ihave stored Farsi strings in Unicode field (nchar).
When I try tosort this field alphabetically and browse it, there are
someproblems. The Farsi Kaf (0x06A9) and Farsi Yeh (0x06CC)are
placed at wrong placesin the list, whereas theArabic Kaf
(0x0643) and Arabic Yeh (0x064A)are placed in their proper
places. Also Heh (0x0647) is placed wrongly before Waw (0x0648) instead
after it.
Could you please, help me with this problem?

Regards,
Mohammad Samini
