[GENERAL] upgrading pl/pgsql triggers from 7.4 to 8.2

Hello,

We tried upgrading a 7.4 base to 8.2 and found many issues with the 
triggers. What are the main changes in the pl/pgsql syntax or contraints 
checking between these two version?
