Try this

or this

create table FOOS(
                opaque_id int4 NOT NULL,
                name text NOT NULL,
                bars int4 NOT NULL,
                bazs int4 NOT NULL,
    CONSTRAINT opaque_key PRIMARY KEY (opaque_id)
);
