IIUC that commit handled CREATE TABLE AS, SELECT INTO, CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW
and FETCH commands, but not REFRESH MATERIALIZED VIEW. Katsuragi-san's patch is
for REFRESH MATERIALIZED VIEW.
