I am a PostgreSQL lover at China, I'd like to know when the column-level privilege can be added to a release version of PostgreSQL? and is there someone who is working on the problem? There was someone fooling with it awhile ago, but we've not heard from him lately --- IIRC he was last seen trying to deal with the fact that parts of the system assume pg_attribute tuples are fixed-width.
