[HACKERS] int64 configure test

I have found a problem with int64 detection on MinGW.  MinGW defines
int64_t but not int64, but configure only looks for int64:

AC_CACHE_CHECK([whether $1 is 64 bits], [Ac_cachevar],
[AC_TRY_RUN(
[typedef $1 int64;

What is the proper test?  int64 or int64_t?

Sorry, wrong analysis.  Something is still wrong with MinGW's detection
but this is not it.  Let me continue testing.
